Taguig Learner's Certificate

The Taguig Learner's Certificate (TLC) program is a project initiated under the administration of Mayor Lani Cayetano to give opportunities to Grade 6 graduates to enroll in a private school. It also helps decongest the public classrooms, addresses the overpopulation problem, and supports private schools in increasing their enrollment.

The TLC program will cover your tuition and enrollment fees*. Books** will also be shouldered!

For incoming Grade 7 from Public Schools***   (PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ON OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION YET)

Submit to the Registrar's Office the following requirements in a brown envelope (must be complete):

Original Application Form (Download and print from this link)

Certified True Copy of Form 137 from current school

Original Certificate of Enrollment from current school indicating that the student is a candidate for graduation and has good moral standing

Barangay Residency Certificate of either parent (should be a resident of Taguig for 3 years or more)

Photocopy of PSA Birth certificate

COMELEC Certification of either parent issued after May 12, 2025 election.

Important: Photocopy all of the above documents and place in a second envelope.

For incoming Grade 11 Transferees with TLC Scholarship:

Download, print and submit this Transfer form to the Registrar.

For Gr. 8  to Gr. 10 TLC Transferees - Please visit our Registrar first for available slots.

IMPORTANT: TLC APPLICANTS AND TRANSFEREES SHOULD NOT REGISTER ON OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION YET. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS FOR REGULAR APPLICANTS AS OF THE MOMENT. TLC APPLICANTS AND TRANSFEREES NEED TO SUBMIT FIRST THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AS STATED ABOVE.

*Some fees are not covered (e.g. uniforms, some school activities)

** Number of books will depend on the amount allocated by the program.

*** Should have graduated and studied at least three (3) years in Taguig or EMBO public school.
