Admission Requirements for New Student Applicant
Nursery / Kindergarten
Age: 4 years old on or before August 31 of the Academic Year for Nursery, 5 years old on or before August 31 of the Academic Year for Kinder
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
Entrance exam (to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate, Php300 exam fee)
For non-Catholics: Signed form of Non-Catholic Agreement. Click here for downloadable form.
Elementary, Junior and Senior High School
Form 138 (Report Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by Principal / Guidance Counselor
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
Entrance exam (to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate, Php300 exam fee)
Transferees:
For Grade 4 and up - First Communion Certificate
For Grade 8 and up - Confirmation Certificate and First Communion Certificate
For non-Catholics: Signed form of Non-Catholic Agreement. Click here for downloadable form.
For High School Transferees with ESC Voucher: ESC Certificate from current school
For Senior High School without ESC, QVR from OVAP-PEAC Website when available.
Grade requirement for Senior High School: General Average - 80 and above, and
STEM: 85 and above in Math and Science
ABM: 85 and above in Math
GAS: 83 and above in Math and Science
HUMSS: 80 and above General Average.
