STEP 1 - Register Online

* For New Student Applicants, the Guidance Advocate will schedule an Entrance Interview.
After the interview and once approved for enrollment, applicant may proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2 - Pay Enrollment Fee
Once paid, you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment. Your child is now officially enrolled!
STEP 3 - Purchase books and other school supplies

LRN is important in the registration of Old Students. Please refer to your child's ID or Report Card for the LRN.
Old Students can also reserve a slot using the same link.
Register your child ONLY ONCE. Avoid multiple registration. If, after registration, you didn't receive an email, please try checking your Spam folder. If you still haven't received an email after one hour, or you think you've submitted an incorrect information, please email registration@cdsa.edu.ph.

Admission Requirements for New Student Applicant
Nursery / Kindergarten
Age: 4 years old by October of the Academic Year for Nursery, 5 years old by October of the Academic Year for Kinder
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)
Entrance interview (both child and parent, to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate)

Elementary, Junior and Senior High School
Form 138 (Report Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by Principal / Guidance Counselor
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)
